iResearch Supplier Portal Update
Login and see new tools to help grow your business.
The Supplier Portal is a new type of online iResearch System account that allows our Supplier Partners to review and update information about their company and products included in the iResearch Library. Keeping your information up to date makes your products more attractive to iResearch Subscribers.
Based upon requests from active Suppliers, we are adding additional features to these accounts. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for both iResearch Subscribers and Suppliers to find, purchase and sell chemical products for life science research.
Our new tools offer Suppliers a way to manage and update price quotes, view orders placed and reconcile payments for completed shipments.
To find the new features, look under the "Supplier Info" link on the left hand navigation area of your Supplier Portal Home page.
Current Orders Link
The Current Orders link lists the stock and orders inquires that ChemNavigator has placed with your company. Here you will be able to review and submit pricing for stock inquires requested by ChemNavigator's procurement team. In addition, you will be able to view the pricing for stock inquires you have already submitted. Additionally, you will be able to review any outstanding quotes that ChemNavigator has issued to iResearch subscribers.
You will also be able to review your current orders placed by ChemNavigator with your company.
Completed Orders Link
The Completed Orders link lists where samples have been received at ChemNavigator. Click on the "Shipment ID" number and you will be able to see detailed sample lists that include ID numbers, pricing, and shipper airway bill numbers. You may also view all the invoices that have been reconciled for payment by ChemNavigator, by clicking in the "Show Reconciled Shipments" box. Please note that all invoices should be received within 90 days from the receipt of the shipment.
Supplier Partners may purchase Building Blocks and starting materials online through ChemNavigator. You may search and select products through your supplier partner iResearch System account to find what is available and we will provide you with a pricing quote in a few days.

ChemNavigator will be at MipTec in October!
ChemNavigator representatives will be attending the 11th Annual MipTec 2008 Conference scheduled for October 14 - 16th, 2008 in Basel, Switzerland. We would like to meet with you to discuss additional iResearch System features that will soon be available free of charge to registered iResearch Supplier Partners. These features will help you manage your inventory and to easily enter price and availability data on ChemNavigator Sample Procurement Projects.

The Q4 2008 iResearch Library Release is soon - Send Your Data!
The iResearch Library on DVD ROM October 2008 Release will be published soon. Send us any inventory updates you would like included in this release by October 17, 2008.
Please send your electronic structure file by email attachment to support@chemnavigator.com. Please include price and package information if available for your products as this data may now be included in the online iResearch System.
